Why Protein House?

Why Protein House?

The topic I'll be covering is my
future restaurant Protein House. Protein House
is a fitness food restaurant for people
that want to be able to go to the gym
and still be able to eat healthy food
 at a restaurant.

The fitness industry has been growing recently
and looks very profitable at 7 billion dollars a year and growing. I have always been
interested in fitness and health.

This is why I would like to open
this restaurant in hopes that

I can help aide in creating a healthier
more active world.

I plan to open my restaurant by the year 2020.

How it Happened

I believe Protein House is going to be a huge part of a restaurant revolution. One day I came up with the idea that I wanted to open up a restaurant called Gainz. I wanted the restaurant to have also have a corresponding gym with the same name.

But my cousin and business partner William Anin had an even better idea. We came to the conclusion that it would be smarter to open up a franchise restaurant to protect us legally.

Protein house is a place for people of all ages. We want to welcome everyone with open arms and help them reach their goals.
With a bright and colorful menu,
it attracts the eye and gives off
 a very positive and welcoming
vibe. Scattered throughout the
blog are pieces of the menu.

Everything from food, to teas, coffees,
 and protein brownies,
Protein house bring a diverse
menu to make sure that a diverse
crowd is being reached. Nobody
is to be left out, there are
also gluten free and vegan options available.

A restaurant like this could be a game changer.  Millions of people workout every day in America. One of the most important parts of fitness is the diet. In order to have good results you must follow certain dietary restrictions. If I can bring this to all of the fitness lovers in the world, it would make me very happy.

I've been exercising since
the age of five and then
moving onto football and  basketball.
Isley have a heart condition
where the walls of my heart grew
too large and I had to stop playing
organized sports. After that I
started working out in the gym
and boxing to keep my martial arts
skills strong. Now that I know that organized sports are not an option for me, I found the next best thing.
Very young age because my mother taught me. She was taught to cook from a young age so she wanted to instill the same thing in me.

Ever since then, I would cook
food every week. I developed A passion for it over time. I love food so much that I started
applying to restaurants of age of 17.
One day I found out that a friend had
a connection to a restaurant called
PF Changs and I was able to get
in you and get a job as a host. I
love you experience of been about a
new type of culture all together. After
that I moved up to the position of backwaiter
where i would
clean tables and run food to guests.
This is the position where I really learned
about different types of food and the way
different ingredients work together. I'm going
to just push me hard to learn and I
worked on
 my communication skills by directing
the guest day after day and I was lucky
enough to move up to the position of server.
As a server I've been building my knowledge of different beverages and food and also my personal interaction
 has gotten stronger. I believe
that all these things in common they
should have set me up perfectly
to open up a protein house restaurant
where I can try to change the world.
I am currently working to get an
internship in the Cal State University Northridge
sports department where I will be
learning about sports medicine.
When I was a sports medicine will
help me be able to bring in more
clients by using clear explanations and
giving correct information. this is the kind
of information that can help save somebody's
life will improve the condition of one's well-being.
